I'm looking for the link to schedule an Orientation Call
When you registered, both you and your partner received an email confirming the details you shared with us. Included in that email is a link to the Orientation Scheduling page.
We registered - but no email!
Usually, it takes about 5-10 minutes before you receive the Registration email. And sometimes things don't work as we planned!
If you know that you've registered, here's a couple of things you can do to help us solve the problem:
- check your junk or spam folders, in case the email has landed there
- double check with your partner about which emails were used in registering
- sometimes, the email address doesn't end in [dot]com - this one has caused all sorts of issues!
If everything is in order at your end, and you still haven't seen the registration email, then please send us a request. We'll be happy to look into what's happened.
